Terms & Conditions

1. The Sweet Holiday Chase Weekly Prize Drops run weekly from 20th November 2025 at 19:01 CET until 14th January 2026 at 18:59 CET (the “Promotional Term”). This is a network promotion operated by Pragmatic Play and prize pools are shared across different operators.
2. To take part in the Sweet Holiday Chase Prize Drop, you are required to join or opt-in through any of the participating games. The participating games list includes a selection of Pragmatic Play’s Christmas themed game titles (each a “Participating Game”).
3. By opting in for the Sweet Holiday Chase Weekly Prize Drops, you hereby agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
4. To qualify for a prize, you must play real-money spins on any Participating Game with any bet stake (“Qualifying Bet”).
5. You can win a maximum of one (1) prize during each Sweet Holiday Chase Weekly Prize Drop.
6. Prizes are awarded as predetermined multipliers of your winning bet stake ((X) multiplier received multiplied by (X) bet stake, where the bet stake cannot exceed NZ$2.00. for prize payout), or Free Spins (as defined herein). All prizes are detailed and displayed within the "Prizes" section of the promotional menu available in-game.
   • You can win Free Spins prizes (“Free Spins”) as ten (10) free spins or five (5) free spins in any of the selected Participating Game(s), at the same bet stake the prize was won with. If the bet stake exceeds the NZ$2.00. value, the Free Spins will be awarded at the NZ$2.00. value (or the next higher available bet stake). Free Spins must be claimed and used in a Pragmatic Play game within seven (7) days from the time they are awarded.
   • The game(s) where Free Spins are available will be shown to each player via the in-game prize pop-up.
   • Winnings from the Sweet Holiday Chase Weekly Prize Drops are credited as cash amounts (in player’s local currency) without any wagering requirements.
7. If you purchase an in-game bonus feature (Bonus/Free Spins) in any Participating Game (“Bonus Buy”), your prize will be awarded before you enter the Bonus/Free Spins feature mode on the NZ$2.00. value. The Bonus Buy will be applicable only in permitted jurisdictions.
8. If you place a Super Spin, Double Chance Bet, or Triple Chance Bet (“Ante Bet”) your prize will be awarded on the same bet level or the NZ$2.00. value, if the bet stake exceeds the maximum amount. The Ante Bet will be applicable only to permitted jurisdictions.
9. You can track your wins, other players’ wins, and the remaining number of prizes in real-time within the promotional interface of each Participating Game.

• The first Weekly Prize Drop will run from Wednesday, 19 November 2025, 19:01 CET to Wednesday, 26 November 2025, 18:59 CET.
• The second Weekly Prize Drop will run from Wednesday, 26 November 2025, 19:01 CET to Wednesday, 3 December 2025, 18:59 CET.
• The third Weekly Prize Drop will run from Wednesday, 3 December 2025, 19:01 CET to Wednesday, 10 December 2025, 18:59 CET.
• The fourth Weekly Prize Drop will run from Wednesday, 10 December 2025, 19:01 CET to Wednesday, 17 December 2025, 18:59 CET.
• The fifth Weekly Prize Drop will run from Wednesday, 17 December 2025, 19:01 CET to Wednesday, 24 December 2025, 18:59 CET.
• The sixth Weekly Prize Drop will run from Wednesday, 24 December 2025, 19:01 CET to Wednesday, 31 December 2025, 18:59 CET.
• The seventh Weekly Prize Drop will run from Wednesday, 31 December 2025, 19:01 CET to Wednesday, 7 January 2026, 18:59 CET.
• The eighth Weekly Prize Drop will run from Wednesday, 7 January 2026, 19:01 CET to Wednesday, 14 January 2026, 18:59 CET.

General T&Cs

1. There is no additional cost required to participate.
2. Any cash prizes won have no wagering requirements or withdrawal restrictions.
3. A portion of undistributed funds from the Drops & Wins network promotion will be awarded to players in this promotion.
4. The advertised currency conversion rate is determined solely by Pragmatic Play and is calculated using a Euro (€) currency multiplier applied to the player’s local currency.
5. The list of Participating Games can be found in the Promotions section of the Pragmatic Play lobby, as well as in the promotional or any other dedicated category on the platform.
6. Pragmatic Play reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Sweet Holiday Chase Prize Drop, including any related terms and conditions, at any time. Any such amendments will not affect players who have opted in unless necessary to manage or prevent fraud and other unlawful behavior.
7. Pragmatic Play reserves the right to review players' activities to detect any potential abuse. Should such a review uncover abusive or unlawful behavior, Pragmatic Play may forfeit winnings and restrict the player's participation in future promotions. Furthermore, Pragmatic Play and the platform owner where the player is registered may take legal action to uphold the fairness of the promotion for all participants.
8. In case of any discrepancy between the English Terms & Conditions, and any other language, the English version prevails.
