The Cashback Offer is valid to existing players only.
To qualify for your weekly cashback you must make a minimum deposit of NZ$20 for each qualifying week and you can play on any slot games. Bets on any other games other than slot games do not qualify.

This offer gives you a cashback of 10% based on your net cash losses during the promotional period, between 00:01 NZST Monday to 23:59 NZST Sunday which will be reimbursed to your cash account up to NZ$200.(e.g.) This means if you lose NZ$300 over the course of the week, we would give you 10% back on Tuesday, making your losses only NZ$270.
Cashback will only be paid where the calculated cashback amount is NZ$5 or greater. Any calculated cashback below NZ$5 will not be credited.
Net Losses mean your total cash bets minus any cash winnings minus any pending withdrawals minus any actual withdrawals. Any use of your bonus funds does not count toward the Net Losses calculation.
Players with a pending withdrawal as of Monday at 23:59 NZST are not eligible for this promotion.
Cashback will be paid out to qualifying players by 06:00:01 a.m. NZST every Tuesday.
Any cashback funds are credited as cash and can be withdrawn without restrictions.
Your cash deposits can be withdrawn at any time unless we have reasonable grounds to suspect promotional abuse or irregular play. You can find more about this here.
